Project description: The project contributes to strengthening the exchange of information and police education through an effectively set of key activities, which include the implementation of an international conference within the Czech Police in the Association of European Police Colleges, as well as workshops for police psychology experts and, last but not least, by fulfilling the partnership agreement with the donor party and the acquisition of the necessary equipment for the effective functioning of the anti-conflict team of the Police of the Czech Republic. Based on one of the key activities, the project will also strengthen communication between the state police and territorial self-government (especially with the municipal police), as this was found to be a weak point of the Police of the Czech Republic at the national level.
